I offer appointments in person and online

Introductory calls

I offer a free 20-minute introductory telephone/ Zoom call, so that you can find out more about my services and whether they might suit your requirements.

Costs

£70 per session (50 minutes), including the initial consultation. This is payable by cash or cheque at the appointment, or by bank transfer in advance.

I work in three different locations in Brighton and Hove:

The initial consultation

The purpose of the initial 50 minute consultation is for me to find out more about you, the issues that you would like to address, and whether I think that I can help you. It is also an opportunity for you decide whether you would like to work with me. We will discuss the terms of business and set up a number of sessions, normally meeting weekly.

Subsequent sessions

We will usually work for a fixed number of sessions to begin with. After this, we may decide to work on an open-ended basis, keeping the work under regular review to ensure that it is helpful. All sessions are 50 minutes.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your appointment at no cost up to 48 hours beforehand. After that, the full fee will be payable.

Privacy policy

I take your privacy seriously. In order to provide a therapeutic service to you, I collect personal and sensitive data from you. I keep information about you strictly confidential. I control who has access to it and I store it securely and only for as long as necessary. I never use or share it for marketing purposes and will only share it with third parties in particular limited circumstances. In our initial consultation I will provide you with detailed information about the records I keep and your rights concerning these.
