I offer 50-minute, weekly appointments, in person and online

Costs

My fees are £70 per session, but I offer a reduced rate of £40 for the introductory session. This is payable by cash or cheque at the appointment, or by bank transfer in advance.

Availability

Availability can vary, but I currently have spaces during business hours on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Evening slots are sometimes available, so please do ask if this is something you require.

Where I work

I work in two different locations in Brighton and Hove:

Carlton Hill Therapy Rooms, Kemptown House, 72 Carlton Hill, Brighton BN2 0GW

Hove Therapy Rooms, 67/69 Church Road, Hove BN3 2BB

The introductory session

For us to work together successfully, it is important that you feel comfortable talking to me. I offer a reduced rate of £40 for the introductory session so that you can get a feel for what it’s like to be in the room with me, and have a more informed sense about whether we might be a good fit. I’ll ask you some questions to help you get started, and you’ll have the opportunity to tell me about what you’d like from the therapy, and also to ask me any questions you might have.

Subsequent sessions

Sessions will take place weekly, as therapy is at its most effective if it takes place on a regular basis. All sessions are 50 minutes. We may work on an open-ended basis or arrange a fixed number of sessions, in accordance with your needs and preferences.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your appointment at no cost up to 48 hours beforehand. After that, the full fee will be payable.

Privacy policy

I take your privacy seriously. In order to provide a therapeutic service to you, I collect personal and sensitive data from you. I keep information about you strictly confidential. I control who has access to it and I store it securely and only for as long as necessary. I never use or share it for marketing purposes and will only share it with third parties in particular limited circumstances. In our initial consultation I will provide you with detailed information about the records I keep and your rights concerning these.
